At this year’s Annual General Meeting at Novus, a new board was elected for 2026. At the same time, Novus extends warm thanks to Farzad Golchin and Viktoria Bergman, who are leaving the board after valuable contributions and great commitment to the company’s development.

In connection with the change, Novus welcomes Carl Piva as a new board member. Carl has a broad background in digital technology, innovation, and leadership, with experience from both international organizations and technology-driven businesses. He is currently CEO of Internetstiftelsen (The Swedish Internet Foundation), leading an organization responsible for a central part of Sweden’s internet infrastructure. With his expertise, Carl will contribute important perspectives on digitalization and strategic development.

Jan Scherman, Kristin Sjöström, and Torbjörn Sjöström were re-elected as ordinary board members. Carl Piva was elected as a new board member. This board change comes at a stage where Novus continues to develop our operations and strengthen its position as an independent knowledge company.

The Annual General Meeting also marks a planned change of CEO, with Ana Serafimovska taking over as new CEO and Torbjörn Sjöström taking over as Chairman of the Board.
