The Board of Directors of Novus Group International AB has appointed Ana Serafimovska as the new Chief Executive Officer. She succeeds Torbjörn Sjöström, who is proposed to take on the role of Chairman of the Board. The transition will take place on May 7, 2026.

Ana Serafimovska has been with Novus for 15 years and currently holds the position of Deputy CEO and CFO. Given her deep knowledge of both the organization and the business, the Board’s assessment is that she has the best qualifications to lead the company into its next phase of development.

Torbjörn Sjöström is stepping down as CEO after a significant period in the company’s development. He is now proposed to take on the role of Chairman of the Board, where, in addition to leading the Board’s work, he will contribute strategic focus and a long-term ownership perspective. Torbjörn will also continue to be engaged in selected operational projects as Executive Chairman, with particular focus on voter opinion, customer relations, and international research contexts. Jan Scherman, who previously held the role of Chairman of the Board, is proposed to take on the role of Deputy Chairman.
