To meet this growing interest, we are now strengthening our brand team and welcoming <strong>Jonas Blomqvist<\/strong> and <strong>Fred Berntson<\/strong> to Novus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jonas<\/strong> joins us most recently from WPP Media, Scream and Nielsen, where he has worked on connecting data, consumer insights and media analysis to concrete recommendations on brand, campaigns and business development. With his experience of strategic advice and campaign measurement, he will strengthen our offering in marketing communication and brand strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fred<\/strong> has a background in the research industry, including Nepa and Ipsos, where he has led major analysis projects focusing on brand tracking, campaign evaluation and segmentation. Fred brings both extensive experience of long-term client relationships and valuable industry knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>The recruitments are a direct result of growing client interest and will create additional capacity in areas where Novus sees continued strong potential. Lena Rod\u00e9n, Head of Sales at Novus:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are seeing interest in our brand and communication offering continue to grow, among both existing and new clients. This is very positive, and it is why we are now strengthening the team. With two new, highly skilled advisers, we have the capacity we need to meet growing demand while continuing to deliver the top-class advice our clients are used to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over the past year, Novus has sharpened its offering in this area by combining the company&#8217;s expertise in statistics, brand and communication with quantitative and qualitative research methods and in-house insight models.<\/p>\n<p>Ieva Englund, Head of Business Area at Novus, says the investment has helped more clients discover Novus within one of the company&#8217;s largest business areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is clear proof that our real-world insight models and analyses create value. We are very privileged to have such close relationships with our clients. It is their needs and challenges that drive our development in brand and communication.
