What was behind them?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The vote count in the Swedish general election is still ongoing and the margins are historically small. While many are speculating about what happens next, we at Novus are analysing what actually drove the outcome. We are currently finalising our comprehensive post-election survey.<\/p>\n<p>The election campaign clearly showed one of our most important strengths: our ability to capture change while it is happening. We were able to identify important shifts in public opinion early, while giving a reliable picture of how the situation was developing.<\/p>\n<p>But seeing the change is only the first step.<\/p>\n<p>The real value comes when you also understand what is driving it. In our post-election survey, we therefore analyse which voter groups moved, which issues influenced their decisions and what lay behind the shifts.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>It is the same ability we use in our assignments far beyond politics.
